Capabilities
Printing, finishing and pouch converting under one roof. Most converters publish adjectives — here is the actual equipment list, the actual lead times and the actual minimums, for every format we make.
Printing
Running both technologies under one roof means the quote reflects what your job actually costs to produce, not what our only press happens to charge.
| Press | Type | Web width | Max speed | Best suited to |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Mark Andy Performance Series P5 | UV flexo, 8 colour | 13 in | 750 fpm | Long runs, inline cold foil and lamination |
| Nilpeter FA-17 | Flexo + inkjet hybrid | 17 in | 650 fpm | Mid-length runs with versioning or serialisation |
| HP Indigo 6900 | Digital, liquid electrophotographic | 13 in | 130 fpm | Short-run prime labels, tightest colour match |
| Durst Tau 340 RSC E | UV inkjet, 1200 dpi | 13.4 in | 260 fpm | Fast digital, heavy ink coverage |
| Epson SurePress L-6534VW | UV inkjet | 13.4 in | 164 fpm | Film, shrink sleeve and specialty substrates |
| Domino N610i | UV inkjet, 7 colour + white | 13 in | 250 fpm | Opaque white and digital embellishment |
All presses run 3 in cores; the P5 and FA-17 also accept 6 in. Maximum roll OD 40 in. Inline corona treatment on three lines.
Finishing and converting
Finishing is where most late jobs actually go wrong, so we run two die-cutting lines, a dedicated inspection rewinder and a pouch converting line — rather than sending your flexible packaging out to a third party.
| Line | Function |
|---|---|
| ABG Digicon Series 3 | Semi-rotary die-cutting, hot and cold foil, lamination, slitting |
| Grafisk Maskinfabrik DC330Nano | Second finishing line, semi-rotary die-cut and slit |
| Rotoflex VLI-330 | 100% camera inspection and rewind |
| Karlville K-Sealer | Pouch converting — stand-up and flat bottom, zippers and windows |

Turnaround
| Work type | Standard | Rush |
|---|---|---|
| Digital reorder, no changes | 4 business days | 48 hours |
| Digital new job with proof | 7 business days | 3 business days |
| Flexo new job (plates required) | 12 business days | 6 business days |
| Shrink sleeve | 10 business days | 5 business days |
| Stand-up pouches | 15 business days | Not offered |
Rush turnaround runs through finishing, our highest-utilization step — confirm a rush date with us before you commit it downstream.
Digital runs from 250 pieces, though jobs under 1,000 labels carry a $95 setup. Flexo starts at 10,000 labels. Pouches start at 5,000 units. Setup is waived on exact reorders.
Cold foil inline on flexo, hot foil and tactile varnish in finishing, spot gloss, matte lamination, and serialised variable data with 100% verification.
BS5609 Sections 2 and 3 for marine transport, FDA-compliant indirect food contact, FSC Chain of Custody documentation on every packing slip when required.
Labels, sleeves or pouches — send us artwork, quantities and substrate, or just describe the project. Quotes go out the same day, and you will be talking to someone who has actually run the press.
