What we make

Labels and flexible packaging from one supplier

Most converters make you choose — short-run digital or economical flexo, labels or packaging. We run both technologies and all three formats, so a brand can start at 500 labels and stay with us through sleeves, pouches and 250,000-unit runs.

Pressure-sensitive labels

Prime labels on BOPP, paper and film. Digital from 250 pieces, flexo from 10,000, up to 8 colours with inline cold foil.

Shrink sleeves

Full-body 360° decoration on PETG. Seamed and supplied ready to apply, from 5,000 units.

Stand-up pouches

Flat-bottom and stand-up pouches with zippers, matte finishes and clear windows, from 5,000 units.

Embellishment

Cold and hot foil, spot gloss, tactile varnish, matte lamination and serialised variable data.

Why converters get chosen

We tell you which process your job belongs on — and why

The break-even between digital and flexo lands somewhere around 20,000 labels once plates are counted. Below that, plates eat the savings. Above it, flexo wins on ink and speed. Plenty of shops will quote you whichever one keeps their own press busy.

The same applies across formats. A shrink sleeve is not always the right answer just because the bottle is awkward, and a pouch is not always cheaper than a bag and a label. We will show you the maths either way.

If your job is cheaper somewhere else in our building, that is where it runs.

Markets we serve

We know your category's failure modes

A label that works on a dry pantry box fails in an ice bucket, and a pouch laminate that holds coffee will not hold a bath oil. We have already made those mistakes on someone else's dime.

Craft beverage

Clear-on-clear labels, full-body sleeves for awkward bottles, and adhesives that hold through condensation and ice.

Food & specialty grocery

FDA-compliant printing, FSC certified label stocks, freezer-grade adhesives, and stand-up pouches for retail snack and dry-goods lines.

Nutraceutical

High SKU counts, constant reformulation, serialised codes and 100% inspection before shipping.

Personal care

Estate papers, tactile varnish and squeezable-tube stocks that survive a bathroom shelf.

Industrial & chemical

BS5609 marine-grade drum labels with current Section 2 and 3 test documentation on file.

Distributors & designers

White-label partner work with your branding on the packing slip, not ours.

“Third label supplier we have used and the first one that did not argue with me about a colour.” Brand Manager, craft beverage account

How we work

No surprises between quote and delivery

Honest lead times

Digital reorders in 4 days, new flexo work in 12. If a date is at risk you hear it from us first, not after it slips.

Proofed to a physical standard

Repeat work is matched to your retained sample, not to a file that has drifted since 2023.

Certified and audited

FSC Chain of Custody, SQF Level 2, GMI colour certification and FDA-compliant food-contact printing.

Freight quoted at cost

Shipping is quoted separately at what it actually costs us. We do not bury margin in your freight line.

Tell us what you are printing.

Labels, sleeves or pouches — send us artwork, quantities and substrate, or just describe the project. Quotes go out the same day, and you will be talking to someone who has actually run the press.
