Meet us at Pack Expo 2026 — Booth W-40032, October 18–21, Chicago

About

Everyone who touches your job works in the same building.

Estimating, prepress, the pressroom and finishing are fifty steps apart. No holding company, no shared sales team three states away, no handing your file to a plant you have never seen. Ask a question and someone can walk out and look at the press.

Since 1998

Summit Label & Packaging started as a two-press flexo shop serving local food manufacturers. Twenty-eight years later we run six presses and four finishing lines out of a 34,000 square foot plant, and roughly seventy percent of our revenue still comes from customers who have been with us more than five years.

We added digital printing in 2020, shrink sleeves shortly after and pouch converting in 2022 — not because the trade press told us to, but because customers kept asking for shorter runs and flexible packaging, and we did not want to hand them to somebody else.

Two shifts, Monday to Friday, with a Saturday shift when the schedule demands it. We are not the cheapest converter in Chicagoland and we do not try to be.

What we will always do

  • Tell you if a job is cheaper on a different press — including a different shop
  • Eat the cost when the mistake is ours, without an argument
  • Give you a real date, and warn you the day it is at risk
  • Quote freight at cost, itemised separately
  • Keep your retained colour standard and proof to it every time
  • Answer the phone during both shifts

The people you will actually deal with

Tania Whitmore

Customer Service Manager

First call on quotes and reorders. Fourteen years in narrow web.

Ben Yamada

Estimator

Builds every quote and owns the price list. He is the one showing you the maths.

Marcus Webb

Prepress Manager

Files, proofs, colour management and plate ordering.

Denise Corrigan

Plant Manager

Owns the schedule. If your date moves, she knows before anyone.

Tell us what you are printing.

Labels, sleeves or pouches — send us artwork, quantities and substrate, or just describe the project. Quotes go out the same day, and you will be talking to someone who has actually run the press.
